Two weeks ago at the annual Peterbilt dealer meeting in Palm Springs, Peterbilt Manitoba Ltd. received three outstanding awards:
- “Platinum Oval” standards of excellence award for highest achievement, given to our Brandon location.
- “Best in Class” award (only 14 dealers in North America received this award). These awards are based on a combination of standards of excellence scores, financial performance, parts and service performance, and adoption of the full range of Paccar programs.
- There was also a new award handed out this year, the “First Class Service Excellence Dealer Group of the Year” award (only one dealer is recognized within the dealer network). To be qualified, a dealer must meet a number of criteria including 100% Rapid Check performance, 100% Smart LINQ dealer readiness, and an average score of 95% or better on CSI, Service Training, MX Engine certification, Roadside Assistance acceptance, campaign completion, MX parts stocking, facility standards, and warranty claim submission. Peterbilt Manitoba had the highest average group score on the certification criteria,
We were also recognized for 35 years of service as a Peterbilt dealer.
